Disk Drive/Data Destruction

Every drive from every PC and Server is destroyed by Clean Out Your Office LLC. There will be no chance information on any system can get in the wrong hands. Every drive is removed from a PC or server and we record the serial number. We then take a picture of the drives and the drives are shredded. Your information is gone for good, which a disk reformat or disk wipe can not guarantee. Plus it is a lot quicker for us to perform the destruction then your internal group performing a format or disk wipe of the drive. Once all your drives are destroyed, we provide certificates of destruction and a CD with a picture of the drives, as well as a destruction manifest listing each serial number.

No horror story about missing customer information or data.
No concern that data gets in the wrong hands.

Shredding the drives eliminates the chance of your information being stolen and also protects you from identity theft.

Every drive is destroyed and no information is accessible from your drives.
Here is a sample Certificate of Destruction.

Monitors and CRT's

Recently Massachusetts has enacted laws making monitors and CRT's hazardous e-waste and defining how they must be disposed of properly. No more land fills. When we remove your monitors (and if there is no reuse) we process the scrap monitors to the state contractor for disposal of all CRT's and TV's for all towns in Massachusetts. They process all CRT's following EPA and state requirements and laws. No liability issues or worries that your monitors end up in the wrong place. The glass is recycled, the plastics are recycled, the electronics are recycled.

Scrap Removal

This is the non-electronic surplus that needs to be removed from your premises. This can be surplus parts, office supplies, paperwork, documentation, tables, desks, filing cabinets, and anything else you want removed from your premises.   (All documentation/paperwork gets processed by us, then goes directly to a Paper Mill for recycling see below).

Electronic Equipment Removal

This may include old mainframes, workstations, telephone systems, typewriters, Test equipment and any other surplus electronic waste you may need removed. This material in many cases may be considered Hazardous material that can not be processed to Land fills. Once removed from your facility we sort it at our warehouse and process hazardous materials to the recycler.

Revenue Sharing

In some cases your surplus/scrap electronics still has residual value. In these instances the value we pay for materials may offset the cost of removal and recycling. You could possibly pay nothing to get rid of all your materials. Also if there is a substantial value to material you are disposing, we will remove it, market it, and share the revenue with you. In many cases our clients pay nothing to dispose of their E-waste and in some cases generate revenue for the equipment no longer needed in their operations.

After Hours Removal

Our downtown clients in many cases have restrictions on elevator and loading dock access during normal working hours. We resolve this issue by offering after hours removal of equipment. We will work with you before 8:00 am or after 5:00 pm and on weekends. What ever restrictions the building imposes, we will work within your guidelines.
